Due to hygiene reasons all sales are final. we do not accept any exchanges or refunds nor do we offer cancellations or returns.

We want you to love your products and will always work hard to resolve any issues you have, If you happen to receive a damaged packaging/products please keep the packaging and forward your full name, order number and photo or video evidence of the damages to info@theprismlab.com.

It is recommended that before using any of our products, to complete a patch test. Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you will have a negative initial reaction to a new product due to any alliergies or sensitivities. It is recommended to perform a patch test every time you are concidering incorporating a new product into your routine.

In the event that irritation does occur, immediately stop using the product and seek professional medical advice. The Prism Lab accepts no liability or responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our products.

*Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The Prism Lab is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
Please take care when entering delivery details as in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, The Prism Lab assumes no responsibility. However you receiving your parcel is very important to us, we will work hard to try and locate your package and get it to you. Please be aware that an address error can result in a longer delivery time.
